We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results.
Your success depends on many factors including, but not limited to:
Personal effort
Consistency
Individual circumstances
Any testimonials or examples provided are not guarantees of results.
By purchasing, you authorize Reignite Alpha to charge your selected payment method.
If you select a payment plan:
You agree to complete all scheduled payments
Payments will be automatically charged based on the agreed schedule
You remain responsible for the full payment amount regardless of usage, participation, or completion
Failure to complete payments may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of access
Collections efforts for outstanding balances
Additional fees where permitted by law
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By enrolling in Reignite Alpha, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing a digital coaching program with immediate access to proprietary content
You understand what is included in your purchase
You voluntarily waive any right to a refund
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of results
Failure to participate or complete the program
Dissatisfaction with the program
Personal, financial, or scheduling conflicts
You agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute:
You will be considered in violation of these Terms
Your access to the program will be immediately revoked
We reserve the right to:
Provide proof of agreement and usage to the payment processor
Recover the full amount owed
Pursue legal action or collections
Charge additional administrative and recovery fees where permitted by law
All content within Reignite Alpha, including but not limited to:
Videos
Coaching materials
Documents
Frameworks
Branding
is the exclusive property of Reignite Alpha.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
Share login credentials
Resell or sublicense any content
Use materials for commercial purposes
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
You agree to:
Act respectfully toward coaches and participants
Not engage in harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior
Not share confidential program information
We reserve the right to remove any participant at our sole discretion.
No refunds will be issued upon removal.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may also discontinue use at any time; however, no refunds or cancellations of payment obligations will be granted.
We utilize third-party platforms including:
Kajabi (course hosting)
GoHighLevel (CRM and communications)
Google (analytics and tools)
Meta (advertising and tracking)
We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reignite Alpha shall not be liable for:
Any direct or indirect damages
Loss of income, revenue, or opportunities
Personal or business decisions made based on program content
Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
You assume all risks associated with applying any information from the program
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reignite Alpha from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any third-party rights
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nevada.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
We reserve the right to require disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration, where permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
